Thank You

Do you hear yourselves?  Thank you.  Those reps had nothing to do with my heart, my competitive fire, my desire, or my fitness (all of which gave out at about 90 reps).  Those reps had everything to do with you - your existence, your friendship, your enthusiasm, and your faith in me.

At the end of the day, this is not just working out.  This is you helping me to push through my own limits, to willingly suffer for a greater good, and to find out that I can do more with your help than I could ever do on my own.

I said it after the workout, and it's true - I've never tried that hard before.  Mostly because I've never wanted to make a group of people proud that much before.  Thank you.
